Concord offers a variety of training modules that we customize according to our clients needs.

Our voice and accent training includes phonetics, grammar and intonation. Creative multimedia, practical demonstrations and interaction with native speakers are all features of our training modules.

We also offer strong development training, particularly in cross-cultural communication and other soft skills. Our customer service and telephone etiquette training gives trainees practical tools to transform their communication skills. We provide immediate opportunities for trainees to implement these skills through telephone calls with our Live Customer Panel.
