Mary Aboujaoude

Mrs. Aboujaoude is primarily responsible for overseeing the coordination of executive initiatives and client satisfaction, relationship management and future expansion of Concord Solutions. She has led training seminars all across the globe and has done comprehensive training for clients such as Sony Ericsson, Cadbury, Disney and many others. Mrs. Aboujaoude graduated from Baylor University with an emphasis in Foreign Relations. She pursued post graduate work in both Africa and the United States. She speaks four languages and provides a multicultural depth to our staff and clients.

 Bethany Clark

Miss Clark is the Director for Training of Concord Solutions, India. She is responsible for in-house training, curriculum development and consulting. Miss Clark was a trainer in the United States, and has several years of experience as a trainer. Her experience includes personal development and leadership training. Miss Clark obtained her Bachelors in International Relations, with an emphasis in Spanish, from Oral Roberts University. She completed her Masters of Arts, specializing in Communication. Miss Clark has traveled through Latin America and lived in India for several years.

Kristin Thomas

Mrs. Thomas is the head of Client Relations for Concord Solutions, India.  She is also directly involved with our training department. Her direct interaction with clients like Disney, Direct TV and Cadbury Schwepes gives her an edge when trying to understand client requirements. She has led training seminars, leadership development and Voice and Accent Neutralization in many countries around the world. Mrs. Thomas graduated from Oral Roberts University with an emphasis in Business as well as Anthropology.  She also pursued post graduate work in Spain with an emphasis in Teaching English as a Second Language.   She has traveled to 22 countries, and had lived in India for four years.  

 Ashish Thomas

Mr. Thomas is the Managing Director for Concord Solutions, India, located in Chennai.  He is responsible for the direct management and day-to-day operations of Concord Solutions, India.   Before Joining Concord, Ashish worked as a Project Manager for Dimensions Private Limited, which was a Business Process Outsourcing Unit based in Gurgaon, India. Ashish also has extensive experience as a trainer with several BPO’s around the country.  Mr. Thomas has a wealth of leadership, management and training experience which brings a professional edge to our company and clients alike. Mr. Thomas has directly trained consultants at companies such as Intelenet Global Services and IQ Resource.
