Overview of our company's quality
assurance program:
Concord Solutions' executives have had a long history of
high quality assurance programs. Two of its executives
worked closely with IBM Rochester AS/400 Division, the first
computer company to ever win the coveted Malcolm Baldrige
National Quality Award.

Before joining the Concord Solutions team, one of our
executives also worked with Texas Instruments, a company
that has a well-known commitment to six-sigma quality. It
was out of these and similar experiences that Concord
Solutions has built its customer-centric quality program.
As part of Concord Solutions' quality assurance program,
onsite reviews by Concord Solution will take place based on
the tasks or project schedule for all work provided to
client. Concord Solutions will send a quality questionnaire
to each of its teams or resources in advance of the onsite
detailed review of quality/status. The Concord Solutions VP
of Technology will then analyze these, and additional
qualified resources made available by Concord Solutions for
this purpose will conduct onsite reviews to verify the exact
status of the teams or resources. This activity will be
coordinated with Account Management to ensure that
consistent status/project data is produced, and to minimize
the time of client management. The end result will ensure a
cost effective approach to resource / project management at
client site.
The objective of Concord Solutions is to monitor each
detailed task order of each activity or project to ensure
that schedule and cost is met. The quality activities will
take place on a quarterly basis and formal reviews will be
scheduled with client project management by the VP of
Technology. All QA reviews will be scheduled in advance
based on the deliverables or project schedules so that the
time will be acceptable to the CIO or other executives.
