Clients dynamic environment.
Our management team works closely with our Clients. We work through Clients
reorganizations, Clients growth and downsizing. Because of this close
relationship, our management team and consultants demonstrate that we
understand our Clients change process, the importance of organizational
alignment, and the tools and techniques needed to address our Clients
dynamic environment.
In addition to our change process, we have learned to address the critical
human element during the change process. Our account managers make sure our
consultants understand why a change is necessary and what that change
actually means in the underlying technology. When the consultants understand
what is expected of them and the importance of what they are accomplishing,
things run more smoothly. We have also learned the importance of training in
this regard, and we are committed to training our people to perform their
new tasks at a superior level of performance |
