Job Description:

As part of the Americas IT organization, the incumbent in this position will provide business process and SAP system expertise in the Produce to Plan area. This person will be a primary point of contact for the business and as such must possess excellent client service capabilities. There are various SAP systems in use in the America's region and interaction with any or all can be expected via support or project roles. Provide support to business analysts in identification and resolution of defects:

•Troubleshoot problems and determine solutions
•Implement fixes and enhancements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Academic/Credentials/Certifications:

•BS degree in Computer Science
•MS preferred

Length of experience:

•5-8 Years Quality Assurance and Testing
•Prior experience with test automation frameworks, either custom-developed or pre-packaged.
•Minimum 1 year experience with Mercury's Quick Test Professional

Specialized skills/technical knowledge:

•Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
•Experience leading software quality assurance in complex enterprise deployment projects.
•Ability to convert functional designs into test plans, business scenarios, and test scripts.
•Experience with evaluating functional designs and process flows
•Good problem solving and analytical skills.
•Functional knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
•Experience in software lifecycle management methodologies, and configuration management.
•Experience defining and implementing quality metrics.
